This project was developed as part of an elective course at DAE. The project explores the inflatable capacitance of electroactive polymers. EAP works by charging a membrane covered on both sides with carbon particles with electricity.
The end result is a display of the properties of this material research in the form of an interactive installation. The audience stands in front of an "EAP eye" that expands when someone approaches it.
